Now firmly established in France, eba has made a key move towards international development with the opening of our first London showroom in Marylebone. Located on 28 Wigmore Street, this new space encapsulates eba’s vision for functional, innovative and aesthetically-pleasing interior design.
Covering a total of 215m2 spread over two floors, this showroom offers our clients an immersive experience in the world of high-quality interior design.
London, a strategic choice for eba
London is much more than a capital city. Recognised as a global epicentre of design, architecture and creativity, London has established itself as one of the top destinations to connect with clients looking for the very best.
We chose Marylebone specifically for its timeless charm and upmarket atmosphere. Wigmore Street, where the showroom is located, is home to sophisticated boutiques, art galleries and emblematic London landmarks. It's a location that encompasses the spirit of our brand: elegance, creativity and excellence.
To celebrate the opening, we invited architects, designers and interior design lovers to spend the evening previewing the different showroom spaces and chatting over cocktails.
Contemporary elegance on the ground floor
The eba showroom is designed to be more than just an exhibition space; it should inspire our visitors as well as demonstrate our expertise. The 86m2 ground floor is divided into several zones, all exuding contemporary elegance.
A minimalist, natural kitchen
On entering the showroom, guests walk into our functional and aesthetically-pleasing kitchen space. With handleless unit fronts in Cashmere, an island and dining table in Rustic Oak natural veneer, and worktops in Mont Blanc Quartzite, the space feels natural and minimalist. The design incorporates clever solutions such as a retractable sliding door unit and plinth drawers, demonstrating eba’s ability to design spaces that not only look good, but make everyday life easier.
High-end living and dining spaces
The ground floor living area is refined and contemporary, with several of our partner brands on display. The sofa and chairs are from House of Finn Juhl, the lamps are from Flos, and the modular bookshelf and natural stone and wood table are designed by eba.
Next to the living area is a sophisticated dining space. A large glass dresser with base and glass units in Anthracite Grey and Light Oak frames the space, housing decorative objects and crockery. There is also a large table and chairs in natural wood, decorated overhead by hanging lights from Moooi, which bring a contemporary feel to the space.
Transforming the basement into a design gallery
The basement, almost 130m2, exhibits several spaces that respond to different client needs in eba’s signature high-quality design style.
A contemporary, functional kitchen and dining space
The basement kitchen has several elements: base units in American Walnut, tall glass units with integrated LED lighting, a worktop in Amarula Quartzite, and a one-wall unit in Pearl White with a functional laundry space.
Following on from the kitchen is an inviting dining area, with a large dining table in walnut and chairs from PP Mobler. A glass unit once again houses crockery. Moooi lights complete the setting, adding an extra design touch to the space.
An office and library area
Even the most functional spaces, like the reading or office corner, benefit from eba's attention to detail.
The library was created for lovers of sophisticated design and functionality. The tall units in American Walnut have closed units for discrete storage as well as lit open shelving for the display of decorative objects.
An office space was installed in the open alcove opposite the reading area, with an elegant desk in Cherry Wood and a chair from PP Mobler.
