This all-white modern kitchen was part of a larger project completely renovating an apartment in Paris’ 16th arrondissement at the end of 2022. The interior designer in charge of the project, Monique Kamel, called on us to help her with the kitchen. The owners requested for the kitchen to be installed in an L-shape, with a laundry area, and wanted it to feel contemporary and spacious.

A chic all-white kitchen

The apartment was being renovated with the goal of renting it out to a luxury client base. The owners therefore needed a modern kitchen made with superior quality materials.

We installed the FINE model from Santos with handle-less door fronts in the Silk Pearl White finish.

Opting for a monochromatic colour scheme with light, marble-patterned countertops and backsplashes resulted in a chic all-white kitchen that felt contemporary and sophisticated.

A comfortable L-shaped kitchen

The kitchen was 15m², and we opted for the L-shaped installation to face the window. The large window bathes the room in natural light, highlighting the marble details on the backsplash and countertop. An LED lighting system built into the wall units gives the option of softer lighting in the evening.

The room’s spaciousness meant there was the option to add a dining table with a bench. We chose to do so in white, in keeping with the kitchen’s monochromatic look.

An essential laundry area

At eba, we’re big fans of multifunctional spaces. We therefore took advantage of the hallway at the entrance of the monochromatic kitchen space to build a laundry area. Washing and drying units are hidden from view behind unit door fronts in the Silk Pearl White finish, which creates cohesion between this space and the main kitchen.
